Beanie Lockdown Sander Sanding Belts

The Beanie Lockdown Sander Sanding Belts to use with any Lockdown Sanders or copy machine. Designed and tested by Steven, these belts are specifically engineered for hot steel application. 

They come in different grit packs : 
1st Cut (4x36 grit) : Is perfect for the initial stages of the sanding process, where you need to quickly shape, smooth, or remove large amounts of material from the surface. It’s especially effective on rough or thick surfaces and is great for shaping and prepping before finer grits are used.

2nd Cut (4x80 grit) : A finer grit that’s best suited for the second sanding stage. It smooths out the surface left by the 36 grit, refining the finish without removing too much material. 80 grit is ideal for creating a smoother surface and prepping for the final finish. It’s perfect for detailing and light surface preparation.
